Intro: U.S. Senator Byron Dorgan (D-ND) introduced a formal "Resolution of Disapproval" Wednesday to block a new Bush Administration proposal to allow resumption of imports of Canadian beef and cattle over 30 months of age.

Intro: The U.S. Senate passed late Tuesday Senator Dorgan's amendment 75 to 23 to stop the Bush Administration's pilot program that now allows Mexican trucks to haul freight throughout the United States.
